Since establishing RIB some forty six years ago, Howard, has developed an excellent reputation for his knowledge, advice and discretion. Today, he runs the practice with his co-partner Damien Field, concentrating on investment opportunities and disposals for clients. He also acts as a property advisor to the ‘All Aboard’ charity shops group and is a Trustee.

Damien Field - Partner
Damien Field has worked in commercial property since 1989 having started with the company as an office junior. His work covers all aspects of Agency and Investment acting on behalf of both Landlords and Occupiers. Damien also works closely with his clients in Asset Managing and providing strategic advice on their portfolios.

Daniel Castle - Associate Partner
Daniel joined the firm in April 1998 and specialises in all aspects of commercial agency, including the acquisition and disposal of properties throughout London on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants. Daniel deals with a wide range of clients, from the media sector to professional bodies. Daniel became an Associate Partner in May 2008.

Nicholas Silver - Associate Partner
Nicholas has worked in Commercial Property for over 30 years. He mainly works on ‘special projects’ on behalf of Landlords and Occupiers whether it be a development / refurbishment or Investment orientated. He has acted for high profile occupiers and is known in the business as a ‘hard negotiator’.
